Awesome Nick! Just a few questions:
1) I’ve been creating sites for some time now and prefer to use HTML with XsitePro. I do not like the look of blogs as landing pages and content pages, plus my html landing pages convert much higher.
Having said that, you are obviously doing much better than I am so do you insist that your students use blogs? Do you have any opinions as to why I would be better off using a blog platform?
2) On the 7-day schedule, is it possible for those of us that are super motivated (like myself) to get all of the tasks done in 1-2 days, thereby creating more sites faster.
If so, how many hours would you say all the tasks take, from day 1 to day 7? (I work online full-time so I have the luxury to work all day at this.
Thanks!
Hi Nick,
The username or password has changed for the control panel?.
Im not so sure about all this.. looks like this has been set up to steal our ideas?
Hi John,
In answer to your questions below.
1.) As long as your site structure allows for easy and priority based web crawling it doesn’t matter what platform you choose to you. Wordpress blogs just come with a great structure out of the box, that is why I use it very often, that said, many of my Niche websites, in particular ones with more static content, use a custom designed template. I’ll do a video on this some time soon to explain it in more details as this “on page” component of SEO is critical to get right.
2.) You can do all the tasks in one day if you like, however, your site will most likely end up in the sandbox due to to many one way inbound links being generated against a new domain in an “UnNatural” way. To get more sites done, I’d suggest not going over the recommended daily task allocations, but rather building 2 or even 3 sites in parallel, so performing Day 1 tasks across 3 different sites in one day, make sense?
Cheers
Nick

Hi Fred,
Any SEO software like SENuke, TrafficGeyser, Unique Article Wizard etc. (And now Niche Market Control Panel) all require you to capture information about your websites, so while I understand that there would be a certain level of paranoia, you have to decide what software you choose to support your business, or choose not to use any at all. Apart from the Niche Market Control Panel storing all data in a secure database, only accessible by your own personal login details, you must realize that any Successful internet Marketer keeps a journal of ideas. My personal Journal probably contains just over 150 ideas for Niche markets that I have not yet had the time to get to, So there is no shortage of ideas, just shortage of time to implement those ideas. Coming up with a good idea for a Niche market is a very small component of a very large process, and when you know where to look, there is no shortage of ideas for Niche Markets.
Cheers

Nick thanks for the answers to my questions.
Yes, working on 2-3 sites at one time sounds ideal, thanks.
One more question if you don’t mind, just something out of curiosity.
- Is there a reason why you prefer to many sites over a smaller amount. I guess my question is: Why not put more energy into a smaller number of sites to bring in more income rather than hundreds of them?
Like I said, I’m just curious. At $30,000+ monthly I would not change a thing! But I’m just wondering if it would be more beneficial to plan on, say, getting 10-20 sites each making $1,000 - $3,000 monthly each, with more focus on content and article marketing.
Look forward to your reply.
And thanks again.
Thanks Nick, all I can think about are niche market ideas now - I’ve become somewhat obsessed
Quick question - when registering a domain name, do you prefer to use the singular or plural form?
I’m seeing many cases where the Google keywords tool shows “blue widget” getting many more searches than “blue widgets”, for example. However the plural form of the URL sounds more natural in many cases. I know that Google will automatically suggest the plural in many cases when you search for the singular, so I’m wondering if the supposed difference in search volume is sort of a moot point.
Nick,
I no longer have access with the guest account.
May I have access again please?
You can email it to the email address provided with this comment.
Thanks a lot!
Hey John,
Great question mate, and something I get asked a lot. Now while what you say in your last paragraph has a lot of merit and works for many, my personal preference is to go for a larger network for two very important reasons.
1.) If one of my domains disappears from the index (and it does happen to the best of sites), the income is soon replaced from a new one, I don’t have sleepless nights wondering if all the hundreds of hours that I could have spent working and focusing on one domain is going to go down the toilet just because Google changes their algorithm.
2.) Small goals like making $20 a month from a site are achievable in the first month of going live with a new site. Attaining this goal, albeit small, keeps me very motivated
Please don’t think that I don’t believe going for larger targets is not a good idea, it is totally a personal preference. Because I create so many Niche websites, it is hard to be passionate about every single one, and spending too much time nurturing a niche market web site which I have very little or no interest in, is like watching paint dry. Having said that, I have gone into some small Niche markets, where I have little interest, and seen sales explode, in those cases, I quickly develop a passion for the niche
and spend extra time on keyword expansion.
Cheers
Nick
Welcome to my world!
Registering a domain as a plural is completely depended on the content in which the keyword is used and on search volume. Best thing to do is put yourself in the shoes of the person who would be search for blue widgets. If you were, would you search for blue widget or blue widgets. If they both make sense, go for the one with the greater search volume. If one makes more grammatical sense than the other, go for that one.
Hope that makes sense?
Cheers
Nick

Thanks, Nick - re: singular vs. plural
One mistake I just realized I made was neglecting to select “exact match” on Google keyword tool. Under broad match, the singular version of the keyword phrase appears much higher because it is most likely being searched in conjunction with a model number. Under exact match, it gets almost no searches.
Nick,
Thanks for resending it!
Is there a problem with the site? I haven’t been able to get to it for the past 24 hours or so.
Thanks again!
Chris
I’m in and so far it rocks!
