Awesome videos, look forward to seeing many more. I’ve got around 50 niche websites and I’m finding it extremely difficult to maintain them. How to you do it with 280.

This is a great problem to have mate! Fortunately I have an advantage of 10 years of software development and architecture behind me, this has allowed me to be able to build monitoring and management systems which help me keep on top of this. Sorry about not getting the passwords out, my internal pages are a bit messed up at the moment, information overload all over the place. I am currently working on getting everything into a more structured plan, rather than the mess that only I can decipher right now.

Your KW videos rock! Thank you for creating them. I changed up your process a bit. I used SKTools, free WordTracker, Google’s external KW tool & Instant Domain Search to do my initial research. Found a niche w/some potential.
Question: in evaluating the SERP competition, do I use phrase match or exact match in the search bar? If its exact, the competition is pretty small but much larger than the phrase match. I’d appreciate it if you can set me straight.

This is a hot debate, everyone seems to have their own varying opinions, I too have mine, I only ever base keyword phrases that I choose on Exact match search volume results.

Nick, some people would say you’re giving away all of this incredible information because the days of niche marketing are over, you’ve made your money and you’re moving on.
What would you say to them? I’m truly excited by what I’ve seen from your sites in the last several hours. I’m hoping there’s still room for one more niche marketer.
